Budi Santoso

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1971 in Surabaya, Indonesia. He currently resides in Jakarta, Indonesia. He serves as a Director of the Company based on the Deed of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) No. 3 dated June 9, 2026, and also holds concurrent positions as Director of PT Avesta Continental Pack and PT Indogravure.

He graduated from the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya, with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1994. In 2016, he graduated from Prasetiya Mulya Business School, Jakarta, with a Master degree in Strategic Management. He subsequently graduated from Padjajaran University, Bandung, with a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration in 2023.

He started his career in 1994 at PT Boma Bisma Indra (as one of the Strategic Industry Management Agency – BPIS) as a Project Engineer.
