Yoichi Shirata

Japan Citizen, born in 1972, Japan. Domiciles in Singapore. He has been acting as the member of remuneration committee since 2023.  Concurrently he also acts as Commissioner of the Company based on the Deed of Annual General Meeting Shareholders No. 131 dated June 28th, 2021.

He earned his Master Degree in Major of Material Science from Keio University in 1994. He began his career in Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in 1997.
