Mika Fukuda

Japan Citizen, born in 1975. Currently domiciles in Singapore. She serves as the Director of the company based on the Deed of Extraordinary General Meeting Shareholder (EGMS) No. 2 dated September 1st, 2025.

She earned her Bachelor Degree in Policy Management, Faculty of Policy Management from Keio University in 1998. She started her career in Mitsui & Co.,Ltd in 1998.
