Japan Citizen, born in 1971. Domiciles in Japan. Currently he serves as the Commissioner based on Deed of Extraordinary General Meeting Shareholder (EGMS) No. 2 dated September 1st, 2025.

He obtained Bachelor Degree in Faculty of Laws, Bachelor of Arts from Keio University in 1993.
